Merit aid
At least 90% of students are offered merit aid worth $15,000 to the entire tuition amount. There is no application process since all merit aid is given through admission.

Dean’s Fellowships
Dean’s Fellowships have granted highly meritorious students two full years of tuition based on profile merit: work experience, test scores, undergraduate performance, leadership potential, and admissions interview. Dean’s Fellows benefit from the Kelley Dean’s Council, the core of leaders in some of the world’s most prestigious companies.
Forté Fellowships
Forté increases the number of women business leaders and champions their careers through business education and networks. Forté Fellows, female students, will receive amounts ranging between $15,000 and two years of tuition for the Kelley MBA Program.
Global Fellowships
Global Fellowships of $35,000 annually are provided to all eligible candidates during all two years of the Kelley Full-Time + Flex MBA Program. Applicants from Latin America or those with direct Latin American connections, Spanish or Hispanic ancestry knowledge, nationals from Latin American countries, or work experience with Latin American companies are given preference. Also, through FUNED, students who are Mexican nationals can apply for extra funding.
Kelley School of Business Merit Fellowship
Awarding $15,000 to a full-tuition fellowship award each academic year, the scholarships are awarded to students demonstrating strong academic skills and leadership potential. The awards given to first-year students in the program are renewable for their second year.
ROMBA
The Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA Fellowship proves that business schools are the best places to mould the LGBTQ and active ally business leaders of tomorrow. Students who self-identify as LGBTQ or active allies are invited to write an essay on how they plan to further the mission of ROMBA and support the LGBTQ community at Kelley. The ROMBA Fellowship is awarded apart from any other merit-based financial aid granted at admission. Recipients receive financial support and access to Reaching Out’s corporate partners and network of more than 10,000 peers and alums.
Professional Student Employee Program
Students can apply to work-paid employment opportunities within Kelley School of Business academic departments and offices beginning their first year in the spring semester. They will be engaged in grading, research, and other administrative tasks. They could work anywhere from 5 to 12 hours a week and at the hourly rate of $18.75. Further information and applications will be available in October at the midpoint of the first semester.
